How do I cancel my order/change my address?
You may write to us on divinityventuresi2c@gmail.com/or WhatsApp us on +918447211949 with the order id. If the order is not yet dispatched, then we will have it cancelled promptly.
How to increase the lifespan of toys?
We know kids like to play it dirty! Hence, we strive to build durable, long-lasting yet safe and fun toys. You may encourage your child to keep the toy back in a dedicated place, after play time to increase the life span.

What payment methods can be used?
We are in-process of having a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. Keep an 'i' on us.
- Net Banking
- Online Payment via credit/debit cards
- Online Payment via Wallets/UPI - For payments involving QR code scanning, please use a desktop since QR code scanning cannot happen from the same device.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) - COD is currently not available. We plan to add this option soon for orders above INR 499. These COD limits will be subject to change. You will see the limits displayed at check out.

Want to order an item which is currently out of stock?
In case any of our products are out of stock, we have a notify me tab for you to enter your details. We shall inform you as soon as the desired product is back in stock.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We endeavor to ship products within 24 hours of placing the order. The actual time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery. Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.
Can there be a special message or gift wrapping the product/s?
The gift wrapping and writing a special message option will reflect, once you add product/s to the cart.
How do I add or remove product/s after placing my order?

Do you offer EMI option?
No, currently we do not offer EMI option. Keep an eye here for any updates.
