Refund policy

REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE

The following is a broad process for the refund of any return/s or exchange/s for the product/s that have bought from our website -

1. A return or exchange request can only be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

2. Returns can be raised over email at divinityventures@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91-8447211949

3. For any return/s, where there is/are no defect/s (manufacturing and/or in-transit) , shipping charges not will be deducted on actual onwards and returns. However, in case there is no manufacturing defect and/or in transit damage, shipping charges will be deducted.

4. Some products may be non-returnable and non-refundable. Customers are advised toy check this in advance at the time of making a purchase.

5. The return process will be briefed over call, WhatsApp, and/or email once the return request is accepted.

6. In case of exchange, the existing order will be picked up and the amount will be refunded back. You can place a new order from your end.

7. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours (prepaid orders) after the product is received back at our facility.

8. If a order cancellation request is made after the order is dispatched, the shipping charges will be deducted, in case the order is already dispatched.
